Dust Control: Reduce the chance of truck accidents on dusty haul roads and work sites. Suppress dust for 60, 90 days and longer with ROAD-HARD. Impaired vision can be deadly. Dust destroys machinery and is a health hazard too. ROAD-HARD saves lives, extends equipment life, and save thousands of dollars over the cost of watering.
Build long-lasting haul roads and work areas that can withstand many years of use. In-depth road applications of 12" or greater ensure a long-lasting road beds and platforms that can sustain very heavy loads, traffic, and efficient speeds. Haul road surfaces (2" - 4") that incur severe wear will need to be re-treated as needed. L&Q's Patented DuroEarth Process uses both ROAD-HARD and TerraZyme to stabilize and strengthen the haul road's base course soil bed in 6" lifts and multiples thereof. ROAD-HARD then envelops the enzyme treated soil to create a water resistant sub base and wear layer. ROAD HARD works extremely well holding soil and aggregate together.
Create temporary access roads that can biodegrade, leaving no environmental footprint. Using a ROAD-HARD, create a suitable road for lighter vehicles by treating the soil 2" deep. This road will last throughout two or more rainy seasons (30 months) and then biodegrade leaving the area as pristine as you found it. If the roadbed has to be removed earlier, simply scarify, and expose the treated soil to the elements of nature. It will revert back to its original soil state.
